Who
Court Homemakers are a one-stop kitchen, bathroom and bedroom shop serving Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire from their two stores in Portrack Lane, Stockton and Low Gates, Northallerton. They offer a full service from design to installation and everything in between, literally taking care of the whole project from start to finish. They have also recently added a supply only kitchen range to their portfolio.
The situation
Court Homemakers – the name says it all and they really are the company that does it all! However, when it comes to marketing, we are the company that does it all for them. From point of sale to print, radio advertising through to social/digital media we do it all and our latest project has been to develop the website to include the supply only ‘Lifestyle’ range.
The solution
We developed a stand-alone website that works with the existing website, but had its own analytics so that marketing activity could be measured. The objective of both sites now is to drive visitors to the showrooms where they can see the room sets or order from the Lifestyle displays. We have also launched the supply only range via the Weather Sponsorship on Capital Radio and we will shortly be commencing a Facebook campaign.
The result
Business continues to be good and the website traffic is up. The radio, Google Ads and social media activity underpins everything and allows Court Homemakers to engage with customers on a different level.
